Ok, I have the following situation:
4 Owners (that want to follow all tickets)
2 Managers (1 "Admin & Finance" and 1 "Sales")
"Sales" Manager manages 4 different small teams
"Admin & Finance" Manager manages 4 different small teams
Each manager likes to view their teams only.
Right now, I have them separated by 3 Departments ("Partners", "Admin & Finance", "Sales") and 10 different Groups (4 under "Sales", 4 under "Admin & Finance", 1 "Owners", 1 "Managers"). Problem is, Ticket can't be assigned to a Group.
Do you have any ideas on how to manage this situation? Is there a MOD that lets you assign tickets to a Group?
