ok i have been looking in the color.css file for like a hour i can not find where to change the color of these 2 text spots. I took some screenshots circled in red of where i need to change the color.

But here is a fix: You won't find it in colors.css because it is in main.css. There, look for ".Icon". The color value to change is #006699. HTH.

Note that there are two sets of css files - one for the scp and the other for the rest of the site. You may find that you need to update both.
