iframe problem

hi i was wondering if it was possible to point the email with the ticket number to my main site with the iframe and still auto fill in the ticket number and email.

I'd love to know that as well. Right now I've got my osTicket install working very well with the exception of this thing.

This feature made osTicket truly useful for lazy user, and by embedding it into my site through iframe killed it :(

Any help is appreciated.

I'm looking to o the same as well, I got everything in the iframe working but not the auto fill for the email and ticket number, can anybody help us with this please!!
