Need 2nd Email Field

I am looking to send SMS Text Messages to staff member phones via an email to SMS gateway that all providers currently have. You simply send an email, and it sends it to the cell phone number you want (email usually consists of 10-digit phone number@carrier.com).

How would I go about adding a 2nd email to a staff member, or how can I make a mod to allow for a 2nd email field for staff members that will actually send?

I am new to osTicket, so step-by-step wouldn't definitely help. Thanks!

Search the forums for "add a new field". There is a brilliant step-by-step guide which will show you how to add this extra field.

I'm not sure that using 'phoneNumber@carrier.com' will be very reliable though... Probably better to just send them the phone number.
