When i reply to a ticket, answer isn't added into email. The only way is a link to ostciket. I get a lot of feedback from my customer. It's not really useful.

Link is a good feature, but answer should be displayed into email too.

The response/reply gets added to the email - unless you've changed the reply template.

Anwser exists into first reply, but next into replies, no.

%response doesn't work into "Ticket Response/Reply" template.

Not sure I follow you corrently. If you're are talking about the whole ticket thread, then yes it's not sent on purpose - you will be better off using an email client.
