I've had OS Ticket running on my system for over a year with almost no issues. Suddenly, yesterday the emails stopped going out. I still get new tickets created, I am using the pop method to get my tickets from Gmail. What I experience is that when new emails are being popped to create new tickets, the browser never stops working (I assume it is because it is trying to send the alerts to staff) and when I try to reply to a ticket, the same issue. The reply however gets posted in the db correctly, but not actually emailed.
My first thought was that some configuration change must have been done by my webhost to their php version or something, but they swear there was no change. I haven't touched anything for a while now as it was working fine.
I know this is a bit far fetched of a problem to troubleshoot remotely, but I was wondering if any of you would have an idea of where I could start to look and potentially what I could tell my webhost for them to check.
