My system is sending out responce twice

Can someone help please, I am a brand new user and do not know all the settings yet.

I have just recently installed osTicket and am checking to see if I have it installed correctly. I have a problem and don't know what is causing it.

When I send a sample support ticket to my site, I get a response, but then I get a 2nd identical response. If I reply back to my site, log into my admin panel and reply, the response gets set out and then it sends out an identical 2nd message.

Does anyone know what is causing this?

Found the problem

I found the problem.

When replying to the support ticket, if I refresh my browser, that causes the my message to be sent out twice. If I click out once I post my reply, the message only gets sent once as it should.

What browser are you using? That's a bit odd. It really shouldn't submit post data twice without prompting you to confirm that you want to re-submit it.... but this sounds more like a browser issue than an osticket issue, unless I'm misunderstanding something (entirely possible at this point....).

I have found that I can refresh and re-post tickets without the system ever intervening. It is something I am trying to fix, but it happens in IE and FF.
