Stale ticket - Template Error !!!
Hi DVD,
First of all Thanks for the useful post ;)
And by the way, I have tried the way you have mentioned in your post, At the time when i click the template button i.e. Admin panel -> Email -> Template the osticket system shows the list of templates with out any issue.
But when i tried to select the template (Email_Template - Default one) an empty screen only shown, None of the template (Created by me Or default template) are shown to change the stale ticket message.
