Is it possible to flag a ticket? Like you can do in Outlook. Put a red or a green flag. So that the staff knows, that a ticket is in wait for something.
Now they have to open every ticket to look if in the comment if it's on wait.
It could be easier, to flag them, so they have a better view on the to do tickets.
Besides that, damn it's really a good system!!!! It's perfect for our project, the only thing that I wanne change is, flag the tickets...
