The main difference of what I'm trying to accomplish and what that release has is that I would like the employee to manually add the amount of time they spent on the ticket.
The way I currently have my business set up is probably a little different as my employees have jobs assigned to them and they manage their work flow via tickets. So they may be doing a job that's associated with the ticket on-site at another location and do not have the ticket open to track their time. Does this make sense? I'm looking for something very basic that can be either implemented into os ticket or open source / web based.
