Ticket ID needed to show up.

Ticket ID shows only in email of the clients. (for security purpose and email validation and to avoid spamming.

BUT

I would like to show the ticket ID created by the client in "Thank you page".

No, no, no, no no.

This would be a huge security risk. It would essentially allow anyone to create a ticket using any e-mail address and gain immediate access to all of the ticket history associated with that account.

Out of interest, will the username/password feature be included in the new version?

It won't be in the 1.6 final, but it will be in the version to follow that. We haven't set a release date for it, however.

okay thank you sir , i know its a big security hole.

i was just testing it on local server so, i can't test it with emails or the auto notification in emails.

Ohhh, well, if all you're doing is testing, then yeah, you could modify the script to display it, but wouldn't ti be eaiser just to open another browser window and log into the SCP and get it that way?
