first of all I would say well done! That's a really great tool!
I've realized, after several days of testing, some problems with the attachments.
In particular, I've everything set as described by Peter and Masino into their several posts - everything work fine.
I was doing a sort of stress-test, creating automatic emails (the same body, subject, and the same attachment) sent 10 times x min to:
1) osticket customized by me
2) osticket as it can be downloaded from the site with no changes
The weird thing is that on 100 emails that I've sent out, all have been converted into TICKETS but the attachments sometimes are converted correctly and appear into the ticket, sometimes DOES NOT APPEAR at all :(
(40 mail have the attachments - 60 mails have no attachments : )
I've analyzed how emails are sent from the email server and how they're processed from the email server once fetched from the cron job - everything is ok and I've had no errors.
I'm using LINUX / IMAP / CRON jobs and my attachment folder is 777 at the ./ level of the installation path.
I don't think that it's an error with the installation, otherwise I'm expecting not to receive any emails / any attachments - but I'M receiving ALL the emails/tickets and only SOME of these HAVE attachments : :
