Is anyone else experiencing these symptoms?
1.) Delayed emails, by 8 hours or more?
2.) Not sending out emails from certain roles? (Staff, Dept Mgr)
3.) Not Receiving Emailed Replies to Message Posts on the web?
My problems are intermittent, so I'm leaning towards my mail server. Yet, when I install a fresh copy of osTicket, before I start making any changes to the default preferences, everything works like clockwork.
I'm seeing problems with email and users. Anyone else?
