My appologies in advance for not being able to find a clear answer in the "how to add a field" thread. With over 100 posts and no separation of requests I couldn't locate what I needed.
I would love to be able to add a postal address field to the new ticket form and have it viewable in the ticket like all the other information. Making this field (required) would be wonderful as well.
Anyone care to extract the exact steps into this thread for others to find?
