I have problem implementing rights on users. My scenario is
I have a user A who is only member of his own group.
user A cannot post ticket in other group or assign a task to user B.
user A creates new ticket. In which other department is selected and its assigned to user B.
User A gets "access denied" messages while saving this.
But when User B or admin of other group logs in. The ticket is created for them and even assigned to user B.
User A has no record of that ticket in closed or open tickets.
Hope this problem is solved this time.
