MySQL Error

I have been using osTicket for quite a few months, I have never had any problems with it. However today when I try to login I get this error.

I believe it must be something with my host, something has changed and I don't know what. But they are of no help. Anyone else experience this?

This means that osTicket cannot find the MySQL server anymore. Did the name change, did your host move the MySQL server off "localhost", etc.

Unfortunately, you'll need to contact them to check if you're using the correct address for the server. You can also attempt to see if they will tell you what type of work they did that caused this.
