I set this up for our marketing department and they love it. I got it all to work when someone sends an e-mail to "marketing@domain.com" it creates the ticket and e-mails the customer. Perfect! My only problem is I want it to also send an e-mail to all the marketing department that I set up in osticket to know that a new ticket was created and someone needs to assign themselves the ticket. From what I read it seems possible is it?
It's running on a windows box, using exchange for e-mail (imap and smtp) I know both IMAP and SMTP work but I am not sure where do I set it to send the emails to the marketers when a new ticket is created.
