Hi,
I've had osticket installed on a local xampp server (v1.7.2) for the last few weeks and everything seemed to be going smoothly. Had a few users set up, emails were working, had some tickets up with activity accross them (only me using the system for internal use so far).
Since then, it's been left on it's own for a good week or so and now any attempt to view it is met with a "Fatal Error: Contact system adminstrator."
Have tried restarting xampp services in case they were at fault but osticket still errors out.
Not really sure what to try at this point other than attempt a reinstall on a new db...
Any ideas would be much appreciated, thanks!
