hello, first of all, l would like to send greate thanks for the coders of this lovely script. thats awesome and free :) Amazing!!!
I searched enough around all script sites to find a free and usefull script with these features and l found urs, thats really high point away from others...
I am not a coder but l can edit somethings and l translated it to turkish language. if needed...
My request here is..
I am going to use it in the internal part of my it company for pc repair requests...
Soo our clients are known and some of the informations in the fields are not needed for me.
1- I want client to create ticket with only Name Telefon & Room Number that client have to fill as required area...
Like:
in the open.php file
FULL NAME : ( required )
e-mail : ( not required )
Telefon ( internal ) : ( required ) ( internal numbers are just 3 digit; like 135 )
ROOM : ( required )
Ticket topic : ( required )
Subject : ( required )
Mesage : ( required )
2- I want clients to see their ticket no after they post the ticket on open.php and after they see the message "Support ticket request created"
Like Your ticket number is : xxxx with big fonts
3- I want clients to able to make ticket query with only ticket numbers require, now clients also have to submit e-mail too, but l want to make ticket status query only with ticket number.
( l know that may accure security issues, but l accept possible risks cos l am going to use it in internal system )
4- And while l translate the status of ticket, l couldnt translate the status of ticket which seems "open, Open, close, Closed" Can any1 teach me from where l can translate these words too :) cos l translated from phpmyadmin from database and it didnt work :)
