like others here I also have problems setting up the email-fetching. some say, they receive new tickets generated from mails when they login as admin and refresh the mail-settings. but even that does not work in my case.
following infos
- fetching mails with outlook from that support-adress works fine
- i set the same password / user for the same adress in osTicket -> Admin Panel -> Emails
- pop3 status is enabled
- in admin panel --> settings: "enable pop3 email fetch" is checked
what else do i need to set up to get it work?
and my second question: to enable the auto-fetch i need a cronjob, right? i will ask more about that later, when the fetching in general works.
