I have installed and configured v1.6 RC5.
I can read emails, but I can not send any email. No matter if I use php or smtp.
When a user open a ticket the log shows:
PHP Warning: sprintf() : Too few arguments in /home/xxxxxxx/public_html/soporte/include/class.email.php on line 197, referer: http://www.xxxxxxx.com/soporte/open.php(http://www.xxxxxxx.com/soporte/open.php)
Is this the same problem as http://osticket.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2638?(http://osticket.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2638?)
any solution?
