I need to avoid staff members for one department can transfer tickets to other departaments staff.
You can set it up by assigning that staff with the certain user group (Admin Panel -> Staff -> User Groups) which has the No option value for Can Transfer Tickets directive.
How can I change the combo box for only own department staff members? Or other idea? Cheers
I don't think it is a good idea to change the combo box for only own department staff, since this combo box contains of the other department in order to transfer the current ticket to another department.
If you set that staff with the specified user group as I mentioned in the previous answer above, then this staff will never see that "Dept. Transfer" tab in viewticket page.
In other words, if you want to transfer the certain tickets to another department, then this task can only be done by the staff who has user group which has been set "Yes" in "Can Transfer Tickets" access.
