I am interested in using osTicket, however, I have come across a few things I do not like.
Firstly, when I send emails from my own email, to support@example.com, emails are imported with IMAP via cron.
However, the import capitalizes the name and the subject? How can I have the name and subject not be capitalized. Shouldn't the subject be the same as it was sent?
EG. I email with a subject YaYmE. When it was sent to my help desk, it would be YAYME, same goes for Test which would be TEST. And how come the names are capitalized? How can this be changed.
