OK ok OK problem solved, see at the bottom of this post the answer.......
i was installed and tested from a new full installation the 1.6 RC5 osticket and have one important bug.
i'm using php5 in godaddy linux server, the installation was perfect (with except of the CHMOD settings.php but was fixed easy) and i was make some tickets as testing the system.
when u have a ticket (not import if is open or closed) and u want to check the status (client view) u have 2 methods for see it, one is by the email link ex: sample.com/osticket/view.php?e=johndoe@sample.com&t=315019
than if u use the GET (url) method, it's work perfectly, all good
but when u use method in the common client side like ex:
sample.com/osticket/index.php
u need to writte the ticket and email and the data is submit by POST method (i think) and in this case, the page expires OR shows an error:
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
printed by apache.
I was checked the log file in my hosting panel control and this was printer there: Premature end of script headers: tickets.php , next if u refresh the site you will log in.
i was search so much in goo......
