Responses only showing --Do not edit --

I made these two modifications to my osTicket:

added a field - http://osticket.com/forums/showthread.php?t=873(http://osticket.com/forums/showthread.php?t=873)

and made field editable at ticket view- http://osticket.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1095(http://osticket.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1095)

Now it seems out responses when staff reply to tickets have no subject, and show nothing but "-- do not edit --"

What did I screw up?

just out of curiousity check your admin control panel, email, template and see if you still have info in those areas on the reply portion of the template...

I've narrowed it down to my includes/class.ticket.php file

If I load the backup, autoresponses work, if I replace with the one with the mods, the autoresponses are messed up.

I made a new field called "category" could that cause any problems?

I'll add - the mods are working great, except that the email replies broke.

found my problem. I had a typo when adding the new field to the search array. I had '/%category' instead of '/%category/'
