Hi,
I've recently upgraded to release 1.6 RC5 and am having the following issues;
- Links in new ticket notification email do not work. The ID in the link is not the real ID and I get the error that the ticket does not exist when I click it. Also, in the Open ticket overview I get this link: (note the difference between the linked id and the ticket number that is shown)

- Answered tickets do not show in the first screen after logging in. I really want an overview of all open tickets. Can that be fixed?
