Hello,
I first just want to say what a wonderful find osTicket is - it has most everything we need in a ticket system, and won't require any "hacking" on our part to fit our workflow.
My main concern is easily accessing our old ticket systems. I am thinking of just going through and trying to field map, exporting and importing to the osticket db.
Before I do this, I was wondering if anyone has done something similar, and what they found out (any gotcha's). I really just need to SEARCH the old data, and won't even be writing to it.
