I've been looking around osTicket and am very impressed. I would love to use this but I need multiple language support. It looks like that support may be planned for future releases, but not available yet.
The "perfect" solution would be to have a drop-down selection box on both the user and staff pages to select the language. But if I can't do that, I'm wondering if it would be possible to run multiple installations (one for each language that I need to support) that all point to the same database. The user would select their language BEFORE entering osTicket and be directed to the right installation for their language.
Would it work to have multiple installations in different languages using the same database?
