How to Open a New ticket from Outlook mail?

This is chandu i useing OSTicket in my office.we are useing Outlook as mail.Is there any possibility to open a support ticket through outlook. If option is there Please help me.

I don't guess I fully understand your question.

Do you mean make a form in outlook that can open a support ticket? Or do you mean how to set up osTicket so that when an email gets sent to it it creates a support ticket.
