I've been searching through the Wiki on a way to do this, but haven't come up with anything yet. So I hope someone can help me :-)
In an effort to minimize the amount of tickets we get, I would like to display a list of all tickets (or just the ones that's been answered) on a page, so that they can see if their question has been discussed before.
