It seems that also other users have the same issue with the admin panel but no solution has been provided.
After the installation has been finished successfully, I can access OSTicket by using "http://www.mydomain.com/ticket/scp/.
After I've logged in I see the following message:
System is set to offline mode - Client interface is disabled and ONLY admins can access staff control panel. Enable.
Wenn I click on "Enable" (the link refers to ...scp/admin.php?t=pref), I get a white screen. No error, no text.. nothing.
The same issue when I use the link "AdminPanel" on top of OSTicket.

ps: I've installed the version 1.6 RC5 again (the old version and the DB have been deleted)... SAME issue !
