OK, newbie question here. How do I set the time. The tickets are being time stamped two hours late. The system time on the server is correct, but the time on the tickets as well as the time in the settings tab as off.

Simply login as staff, then click on the My Preference link, then at the Preferred Timezone: directive, select your actual TimeZone. If needed, click at the Observe daylight saving (it depends on your location, indeed).

That was a little wierd. It was set for the correct time zone. I just toggled it between two time zones and it took correctly. Whatever the cause, it works perfect now. Thank you
