Is it possible to delete general enquiry?

Would someone please help me and tell me if its ok to delete the Enquiry from the dropdown list.

I see that it resides in include/Client/open.inc.php

<option value="0" >General Enquiry</option>

Would it be ok to delete that whole line?

IMHO, Yes, if that option is unnecessary for you and you have defined your own Help Topic items from Admin Panel.
