Hi all, my request is rather simple sounding. I'd like the "Assign to staff" field in the New Ticket form to automatically choose the current, logged-in staff when a staff creates a ticket internally via Staff Panel.
I have been trying to figure this out all day but have not been able to find the solution. I see that creating a new ticket automatically chooses the logged in staff's Department, how do I do the same for assigning tickets?
