i upgraded to 1.6 rc6 and it seems like everything is so different i have looked in 3 main files the first one i scalled main.inc.php then the other 2 is
called header.pho and footer.php and i got the logo at the top of the page changed just fine but for some reason im not able to find or change the 2 logos called new_ticket_title ticket_status_title
i found them one time and instead of it using the logos it is using these small icons
im hoping someone could help me a lil with the customization
and before it never said Open A New Ticket in html formate i just use to use my image
also the buttons below them that says open new ticket and check status by default the buttons are grey
and i found the one part and the name of it is button 2 so i changed the name to just button so my red button would show up but it doesnt look like my buttons image and the color is orange not red
