Just to point out there is a major bug with this function (Staff Response Files).
I have the latest osTicket 1.6 RC5 and everything installed fine. email piping is working great with no complain.
Send and receive email from both online and direct works with attachment from clients.
Now, the real problem is my team trying to send email attachments out. everytime i tick the box Staff Response Files, it works for a while with small attachments. But once I try to send a file over 300Kb, the browser goes blank screen, and no email gets sent out. After this, the Staff Response Files tick box that I previously ticked and saved, becomes "unticked". Strangely enough, the default setting for the attachment max size is about 10MB, unfortunately I cant send more than 300KB :)
I had a look at the email_attachments in the ost_config, and that is set to type TINYINT, default 1, value 1.
Any ideas how to fix this as it is the only issue I'm having...
