I all my site runing OK but i don´t know qhy the costoumers can´t edit or post comments in their tickets.
They put their Emails and Ticket ID in the front-page, and it open a window withe a list of the user ticket´s. Put I don´t know why I can´t read anymore this tickets, when I click In one, they return me to the fornt-page.
Anybody knows why?
Thanks for the responses and sorry about the two opened threads, but I have spend too time in this configuration and I don´t know what I have to do.
