i have done with my installation as mentioned in the guide/help
As most of the users repeated, I am also going to ask the same question about EMAIL SETTINGS
I have few queries
a. once the user post the new ticket, whether he/she will be notified to their email with the ticket id and the problem posted?
b. At the same time whehter the admin(for.ex.admin@domainname.com) will receive an email, that the user posted the problem or not?
c. Once the staff closed the ticket, the customer and the admin also to be notified about the ticket status or not?
whether all these communications will send to their corresponding email'id's or not?
If yes, what is the procedure to complete the above task.
