Does anyone know how to change OST, so that it gets the client email address from the "Reply-To" field if this is not empty. Otherwise it should get the email address from the "From" field.
The emails sent to ost are from external webforms and emails sent directly to the email address associated with ost (helpdesk@ourdomain.nl). Unfortunately, i cannot change the external webforms.
I already searched this forum and found a mod in class.mailparse.php, but these mods are for older versions of ost and not working for my version.
I use ost 1.6RC5
