When I send emails in which CJK (Chinese-Japanese-Korean) characters are used, in osticket, they are scrambled. Any solution to this?

I have a similar problem as this one, the charset of the email I received is "ks_c_5601-1987", though the email displays it as english characters. It displays it as korean letters in the ticket thread.. can anyone help?
