I uploaded OS ticket to another domain of mine so that I can try and do the tweaks before transferring to our actual site.... Messed it up a couple of times already and the delays are causing set backs to our operation... I've followed your threads and have found them very helpful. I know I'm just missing out on something. Hope you can help me some more.
