Hi
I am currently using osTicket 1.6 with a D-link DSL-2740U router.
The strangest thing happens when two or more people are connected and working through the tickets - that is - the router stops seeing the website (www.rebeltech(www.rebeltech)) and interface of osTicket, and all our Oscommerce related sites.
All other websites work except for the one where osTicket is link to.
To fix this problem I have to change ISPs - restarting the router doesn't work.
Please advise.:
