Maybe someone can help me - I'm trying to set up osTicket for our company. We have a service address that is accessible both via POP and IMAP, and I would like to get all messages to that address into the system.
I have set up everything, the connection to the server works fine (whether I try IMAP or POP) - yet no tickets show up in the ticket queue.
Am I missing something really obvious here?
