After install issue

OK, I installed OS Ticket and everythign went fine. I changed the settings of include/settings.php

Now, when I log in using the user name I installed with, it gives me nothing in the Admin or Staff control panels. If I click on "admin panel," it gives me a screen with the "System Logs search function" and nothing else.

Whats going on here? ANy suggestions?

Did you do a manual install or did you use something like Fantastico?

sounds liek he may have removed all permissions just my 2c
