I have installed osTicket and so far the software is great, piping is enabled and everything seems to be setup correctly. However I'm having a strange issue.
A user can create a ticket, we will receive the ticket, no problem. We can then reply to the ticket fine. However if a user tries to respond back from their email account we never get a response. The email just seems to go into "la la land" At first the user was getting an error and this was because I forgot to enabled piping in the admin panel. However, I have now enabled piping in the admin panel but the emails still do not reach OS Ticket. Any idea as to why?
(I can send from the os ticket no problem, I just cannot receive anything back)
