I'm a newbie and I have a problem to install the version 1.6 RC5
When I try http://helpdesk/suport/upload/setup(http://helpdesk/suport/upload/setup) I see the basic installation page but I have the error message "Configuration file is not writable" and I cannot continu the setup.
I have put the right access (777) to the file settings.php
