TK on hold

It would be nice if you can set a tk on hold.

For example when you asked for some more info to a customer but you didn't closed it.

Or you need to send a question to a third party supplier.

Something like that?

Does someone else have this issue also?

When you reply to a ticket it is put in the Answered category. Do you need something different than this? Then its basically taken care of until the customer responds with further information thus making it open again, or until someone closes the ticket.

It isn't realy visible but seems to work out.

Although sometimes you have a situation that you have to wait internal.

(Waiting third party) without notiving your customer... so and then On hold could be interesting.
