Hello, I searched the forum and couldn't find anything about the mod I am needing. Here is the info about the mod I need:
I need a mod that will require a username and password to login in order to create new tickets and to view ticket history. The mod needs to set the login (username and password) before access is allowed to the current new ticket and view tickets setup. The view tickets section needs to have the email address and ticket number fields removed and replaced with a simple link (like the submit a new ticket) that will direct the user to the current ticket archive.
The mod needs to have a "profile" section for users that is fully accessible by admins. I need the profile section to be editable by admins ONLY and not by the users themselves. It also needs to have an area for admins to register new users and delete users. The section to register new users needs to have all of the following fields. The mod also needs to have the following fields in the "profile" area: Name, Email Address, Mailing Address, Physical Address, Phone Number, Client Type (dropdown box with the following options: Home Network, Small Business Network, Forum Client, Developer, Student Life, Other), Username, Password, and Notes (large text area that saves notes similar to the way tickets save info). The profile area also needs to have a field that will allow an admin to manually assign a new password (password field and verify password field) to a user.
(NOTE: All of the additional fields could be made to be customizable with the exception of the username and password fields. By this I mean have an area where the admin can add each additional field and assign a name to it however they want. They could choose from text field, large text field, radio buttons, dropdown box, etc. This would allow the mod to be used by many different people. They could add as many additional fields as they want and therefore it would not be usable by only me.)
The mod needs to have a place for a user to set/change their current password after logging in. This would need to have a field for new password, a field for verify password, and a field for current password. The verify password needs to be checked against the new password filed and the current password needs to be checked against the database before the password is changed.
The mod needs to have a forgot password link that requires either username or email address and then emails a link that the user can follow to set a new password. The link needs to be secure by having a unique string generated and attached to the end after something like a "'something'.php?" and then compared to the info in the database before it allows a user to set a new password. This would be basically the same as email programs such as Hotmail, Yahoo, etc and programs like SMF Forum (and possibly this forum I am posting in now). The set new password section that a user would be directed to with the unique emailed url needs to have a field for new password and a field for verify password. The verify password needs to be checked against the new password before the password is changed.
I need this because I only offer premium support though the ticket system to paid clients and my church's Jr and Sr high student website/forum which i am the administrator and webmaster of.
If anyone is willing to make this mod and has any questions about what I am needing, please ask. I will attempt to clarify any information that is not easily understandable about what I need.
NOTE: Please see the attachments that I am including to get an idea of what I am talking about for most of the fields and the customizable fields. These screenshots have been taken from my SMF forum and the fields and look for this mod do not have to match exactly. These images are just to give you an idea of what I am needing.
