I have some problems with my "alert" system. I have written an Os Ticket from "Fantastico". Is it a right way? Usually there are problems with the programms choosen from "Fantastico". But for this moment everything is all right. The problem is that when the client create a new ticket he doesnt't receice a letter to customer`s email. But I've choosen in settings "to receive them". At past it worked. And the most interesting is that the letter delivers to he Staff.
P.S. I have changed some "Template" into my native languages. I haven't touched the codes! I just changed their places. And I've checked = everything is right.
What is the problem?
