Other language (again)

Hi there,

Quick question. I've read a lot about implementing other languages in OSTicket. In other topics you can find a link to a weblog and some scripts to use for example the dutch language. After reading my conclusion is that with the latest version, RC5, it's impossible to use this or an other script to work with the Dutch language.

Is my conclusion right?
